THE TRUTH
15% of ALL Homes Nationwide are sold through a FSBO (For Sale by Owner).
70% of all FSBOs are sold through a REALTOR. But this is because the BUYER
usually uses a Real Estate Agent to find them a home.
20% of all FSBOs are sold without the use of any Realtor (real estate agent or broker).
5% of Seller's give up after 3 months and get a Listing Agent.
100% of ALL Homes could be sold without a LISTING Agent (Realtor). This simply
means huge savings to the Seller.
Here is how Seller’s benefit from a FSBO:
(1) They don’t have to pay the Selling Agent a Commission Fee.
This ranges from 1 to 4% of the Sales Cost.
(2) The Seller only pays the Buyer’s Real Estate Agent.
The SELLER controls the amount of commission they wish to pay.
It is usually 3% to the Buyer’s Agent.
(3) If you are part of the 20% you paid NO Real Estate Commissions
or Fees, an average savings of 4 to 7 percent of the sales price.
(4) If you are part of the 70 percent then you still had huge savings.
(5) Important: Put a sign in front of your home, have flyers.
If a buyer is driving the neighborhood even with their real estate agent,
they will want to look at the property.
Legally a REALTOR must show you all properties.
On the flyer make sure you put Buyer’s Real Estate Agent will receive
a 3% sales commission.
(6) Also put on the flyer buyer will get a $$$$ reduction if they do NOT

Realtors want commission fees.
