15% of
ALL Homes Nationwide are sold through a FSBO (For Sale by Owner).
70% of all FSBOs are sold through a REALTOR. But this is because the
BUYER
usually uses a Real Estate Agent to find them a home.
20% of all FSBOs are sold without the use of any Realtor (real estate
agent or broker).
5% of Seller's give up after 3 months and get a Listing Agent.
100% of ALL Homes could be sold without a LISTING Agent (Realtor). This

means huge savings to the Seller.
Here is how Seller’s benefit from a FSBO:
(1) They don’t have to pay the Selling Agent a Commission Fee.
This ranges from 1 to 4% of the Sales Cost.
(2) The Seller only pays the Buyer’s Real Estate Agent.
The SELLER controls the amount of commission they wish to pay.
It is usually 3% to the Buyer’s Agent.
